NCAA Men's Lacrosse-A Midseason Look
Our MLAX athletes compete in all three NCAA divisions. And they compete well. From face off to the shot to defending the goal. Take a look at who is playing where and how well they are performing.
What is Playing On Sports?
Playing On Sports covers the graduates of 1,000 high schools located in Kansas and Missouri who compete in 11 sports in any of the 1,100 NCAA Division I, II, or III colleges and universities.
Our best athletes go on to play the sport they love in college. It is impossible to keep track of them because our lives are busy. And then there is the Transfer Portal. Contact is lost. Until now. Playing on Sports is the only publication that delivers so much information on so many athletes as they compete at the next level. No longer are they “Out of sight, out of mind”.
Every athlete is identified by their name, sport, position, class, high school, college, and collegiate conference.

Highlighting Men’s Lacrosse
This is our first midseason look at Men’s Lacrosse. We are reviewing lacrosse players from all three divisions. Sam Todd (St. Mary’s-STL/Univ of Dubuque) has been the dominant offensive threat. He leads all athletes from Missouri and Kansas in goals, assists, and therefore, points. Showing well early in his career as a sophomore is Tyler Foerstel (Vianney/Aurora Univ.). Tyler is third in goals and total points, and fifth in assists. The assist board is dominated by underclassmen. Sam Todd leads as a sophomore. A freshman, Bailey Allard (Pembroke Hill/William Woods College) has the fourth most assists. And why does Sam Todd lead in goals? One reason is that he also leads in shooting percentage.
Coaches have told me that games are won by getting to the ground balls. Ray Lingard (Christian Brothers/Quincy Univ) leads in ground balls. Showing great aggressiveness early as freshmen are Graden Jensen (Kirkwood/Milwaukee Sch of Eng), who is second in ground balls and Jacob Schreck (Park Hill/Queen’s-Charlotte), who is fifth. Jacob’s aggressiveness also causes him leading this group in caused turnovers, while freshman Graden Jensen leads in face off percentage. No one told these guys to defer to the elders on the field!
There are five goalkeepers who have accumulated a material number of minutes in goal. Dylan Radke (DeSmet/Maryville Univ-MO) is showing well as he leads in both number of minutes in goal and Goals Against Average. Dylan is a graduate student, but the rest of the field is dominated by sophomores.
More detail on these athletes, and all of the other lacrosse athletes are below and on the attached spreadsheets.
